System F is AAC blockwork: inorganic, non-combustible and rated four hours at 100 mm by Qatar Civil Defence. The blocks weigh a fifth of concrete block, lay with thin-bed mortar and insulate five times better, so they go into towers, hotels, malls, tunnels and fire walls at QP, RasGas and Ras Laffan.

01System F
Fire & lightweight blocks.
Fire walls, shaft walls, infill and load-bearing blockwork: 600 × 200 × 200 mm blocks in 100 to 250 mm thicknesses, laid with thin-bed mortar that sets in about five minutes.
